Practice shaped
by experience.

Tadahiro Koto is a seitai practitioner and educator based in Japan. He is the founder of Solecka, with salons in Tokyo and Fukuoka, and works with individual clients alongside his teaching activities.

Seitai is a Japanese approach to hands-on bodywork. Koto’s own approach, known as Koto-shiki Atama no Seitai, focuses on the head within his wider practice of whole-body work.

His practice is grounded in continued study and attention to each individual. In his own account, he describes a willingness to revisit familiar techniques, change his perspective, and learn from the people he works with.

Knowledge
in exchange.

Since beginning his own seminars in 2013, Koto has shared his experience with practitioners and professionals in related fields. His teaching has covered head-focused seitai, whole-body techniques, joint range of motion, and muscular anatomy.

Seminars and instructional video materials have taken this work beyond his salon. His activities have included professional teaching in China and Russia, a community talk in Canada, and individual sessions in the United States.

His story spans earlier work in business and writing, the pursuit of an independent practice, and a growing commitment to teaching.
